This is a searchable, action-oriented index of errors Meta can show during WhatsApp Embedded Signup. Wording can vary by flow version and locale.
How to Use This Index
Search this page for the numeric code or a distinctive phrase from Meta's dialog. Follow the first safe action before deleting or recreating any business asset. Errors displayed inside Meta's popup occur before Dualhook can inspect or change the selected asset.
Generic textual errors have these usual first steps:

| Facebook account too new, spam-limited, advertising-disabled, or payment-disabled | Use an established authorized admin account and resolve its restriction in Account Quality/Business Support. |
| Invalid business name | Use the real business or brand name and follow Meta's naming rules. |
| No permission to create a WABA | Obtain full admin access to the selected Business Portfolio. |
| WABA creation limited until verification | Complete Meta Business Verification or use an eligible existing WABA. |
| Phone blocked or account cannot be verified | Review Account Quality and Business Support before retrying. |
| Phone already exists in the selected WABA | Restart the flow and choose the existing number instead of adding it again. |
| Existing WhatsApp registration | Confirm whether you are using Coexistence or migration before deregistering anything. See Phone Numbers. |
| Verified/display name rejected or under review | Wait for the current review or correct the name using Display Names. |
| OTP guessed/requested too many times | Stop retrying and wait for the period shown by Meta; repeated attempts extend rate limits. |
Abandoned Flow Screens
Dualhook records the CANCEL screen name for attributable attempts. These values are not failures by themselves:

Still Stuck
Do not repeatedly delete/recreate assets. Capture the exact code, Meta session/error ID, timestamp, selected Business ID/WABA ID, and screenshots. Then use Support, Contact, and Bug Reports. If Meta finished but no Dualhook connection appeared, follow Connection Not Appearing.
