Verification Paths
Businesses usually choose one of these paths depending on account state:
- Partner-led Business Verification (PLBV) — WhatsApp-focused, started by a Solution Partner (BSP) during its onboarding. Not offered by Dualhook.
- Standard Business Verification — all Meta assets, requires website and domain-based email
- Meta Verified for Business — paid subscription across eligible assets
Coexistence caveat: Standard Business Verification is not available for coexistence accounts. Coexistence accounts rely on PLBV through a Solution Partner or on Meta Verified for Business where Meta offers it for the business's country and account; with Dualhook that means Meta Verified for Business, and Dualhook cannot influence eligibility.
Verified Partner vs Verified Business
Searches for a "Facebook verified partner" or "Meta verified partner" usually mix up two unrelated things:
- Business verification is about your business. It confirms your legal entity to Meta and unlocks WhatsApp capabilities on your WABA. That is what the rest of this page covers.
- Meta Business Partner status is about a vendor. Companies that pass Meta's partner program review, such as Dualhook as a Meta Tech Partner, carry a partner badge in Meta's directory. It says the vendor was reviewed, not that any of its customers are verified.
Connecting through a badged partner does not verify your business, and it is not a shortcut around PLBV, Standard Business Verification, or Meta Verified.
Partner-led Business Verification is a service of Solution Partners (BSPs), who start it inside their own onboarding. Dualhook is a Tech Partner, not a Solution Partner, and does not offer PLBV. Dualhook customers verify through Standard Business Verification or Meta Verified for Business. Coexistence accounts cannot use the standard path, so Meta Verified for Business is the remaining option where Meta offers it for the business's country and account; eligibility is decided by Meta, not by Dualhook.
