WhatsApp connectivity for teams that want privacy, scale, and control
Dualhook is built to make WhatsApp connectivity simpler, more private, and more scalable. We help teams use the WhatsApp Business App and the WhatsApp Cloud API together without turning Dualhook into their inbox, proxy, or message-storage layer.
Why we built Dualhook
We created Dualhook after seeing developers, growing teams, and multi-location businesses run into the same problem: they wanted the simplicity of the WhatsApp Business App, but also needed the power of the WhatsApp Cloud API for automation, integrations, and scale.
The setup was often too technical, too repetitive, or too dependent on third-party platforms that acted as the inbox, proxy, and storage layer. That meant more systems touching customer conversations, more operational work, and a harder privacy story to explain.
We wanted a cleaner model. Dualhook was built as the missing operations layer between the WhatsApp Business App and the Cloud API: configure the connection, keep it healthy, manage the operational surface, and let customers keep control of their own message flow.
Privacy first
Dualhook configures the connection, but your customer message flow can remain under your control.
Direct routing
Meta sends message-path webhooks directly to your endpoint via Webhook Override.
Operational metadata only
Dualhook stores the configuration and account metadata needed to run the service, not conversation archives.
Built in Europe
Dualhook is designed for teams that care about data minimization, developer control, and explainable compliance.
What Dualhook does
- Enables WhatsApp Coexistence for eligible existing numbers.
- Connects WhatsApp Business Accounts through Embedded Signup.
- Configures Webhook Override for direct Meta-to-server routing.
- Manages WhatsApp message templates from one dashboard.
- Monitors connection health, quality, and coexistence heartbeat risk.
What Dualhook does not do
- It does not act as a shared WhatsApp inbox.
- It does not proxy message-path webhooks.
- It does not store message bodies, media, or conversation archives.
- It does not add per-message markup to Meta messaging fees.
- It does not replace your backend workflow or customer system.
Built for developers, growing teams, and multi-location businesses
Developers use Dualhook to get Cloud API, templates, and webhooks working without giving up control of the backend. Growing teams organize multiple connections and their operational health in one workspace, while multi-location businesses keep each location's WhatsApp setup clearly separated.
The common thread is control. Customers keep their WhatsApp Business assets, their own endpoint receives message-path webhooks directly from Meta, and Dualhook stays focused on the operational work around the connection.
