Why we built Dualhook

We created Dualhook after seeing agencies, SaaS teams, and growing businesses run into the same problem: they wanted the simplicity of the WhatsApp Business App, but also needed the power of the WhatsApp Cloud API for automation, integrations, and scale.

The setup was often too technical, too repetitive, or too dependent on third-party platforms that acted as the inbox, proxy, and storage layer. That meant more systems touching customer conversations, more operational work, and a harder privacy story to explain.
